What counts as an 'account'?
One connected mailbox - Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Yahoo, any IMAP/SMTP provider, or a custom domain you own. Aliases on an existing mailbox don't count as additional accounts.
Do I keep my Gmail address?
Yes. SuperMail aggregates your existing accounts - it doesn't replace them. Your Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and IMAP addresses keep working exactly as they do today.
How does the account limit work?
There's one quota: total accounts. Starter 2, Plus 3, Pro 6, Business 11. Use your slots however you want - any mix of personal mailboxes (Gmail / Outlook / Yahoo / IMAP) and custom domains. 3 accounts could be 2 Gmail + 1 Yahoo, or 1 custom domain + 2 Gmail, or 3 custom domains. Your call.
What happens after the beta?
Pricing is not final and may change when we exit beta. Early users who signed up during beta keep their locked-in rate for at least 12 months after GA. We'll email you well before any change.
Can I export my data?
Yes, always. Every plan includes unlimited mailbox export (standard .mbox), and we delete all stored bodies within 30 days of cancellation.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes - toggle above. Annual billing gets 20% off. Switch any time; refunds are prorated.
