Plans and billing
SuperMail is billed per workspace, not per user or per mailbox. One subscription covers every connected account up to the plan’s limit. Custom domains count as accounts - there is no separate domain quota.

An account is any single connected mailbox: Gmail / Workspace, Outlook / M365, Yahoo, IMAP/SMTP, or a custom domain you own. Fill your slots however you want (any mix). See Usage and quotas for details.
Annual billing is 20% off (so Plus is $86.40/year instead of $108). Toggle in Settings → Billing → Billing cycle.

What “storage” means
Storage is the combined size of all message bodies + attachments synced into SuperMail for this workspace. If you’re near your limit, Settings → Billing → Storage usage shows a breakdown by account.
Payment processing
We use a third-party payments subprocessor for credit-card processing. Your card details are tokenized and never touch our servers. We see:
- Last 4 digits.
- Card brand.
- Billing ZIP (for AVS).
- Subscription state.
Invoices are available at Settings → Billing → Invoices - PDF downloads for accounting.
Taxes
Sales tax / VAT is charged per your billing address as required by local law. EU VAT-registered businesses can enter a VAT ID in Settings → Billing → Tax info for the reverse-charge mechanism.
