What is SuperMail?

SuperMail is a hosted email client. It connects to your existing mailboxes - Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or any IMAP/SMTP account - and presents them as a single inbox on web, iOS, and Android. You can also bring your own custom domains under the same subscription and send / receive on them through our outbound email delivery layer. Each connected mailbox and each custom domain uses one of your plan’s account slots (up to 11 on Business).

What SuperMail is not

• Not an email provider. We don’t host mailboxes at the protocol level; we don’t give you a new @supermail.app address. You keep whatever addresses you already have.
• Not a forwarder. We sync full mailboxes in both directions, so changes you make in SuperMail (archive, delete, reply) show up in your native Gmail / Outlook / Yahoo client and vice versa.
• Not end-to-end encrypted. If E2E is a hard requirement, look at Proton or Tuta.

Who it’s for

Multi-domain power users. If you have two or more of:

• a personal Gmail,
• a work Outlook,
• 2-5 side-project domains bolted onto Cloudflare Email Routing,
• plus you check email on a phone and a laptop,
